Cucumber Raita

Cucumber Raita - Healthy accompaniment with Pulavs. Ingredients
  • Thick Curd made of skimmed milk - 1 cup
  • Cucumber chopped fine - 1 cup
  • Onion chopped fine - 3
  • Green Chillies - 2
  • Salt - as required
  • Red Chilly Powder - 1 pinch
  • Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Method Mix the first set of ingredients well. Place the raita in the bowl, and sprinkle the chilly powder on the top along with cumin powder. Serve with Pulav.
