Marinate the chicken pieces
with ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder and salt and keep for one hour.
Heat the sunflower oil, fry the
chicken pieces till done half.
Grind the seasme seeds and
pepper to a fine powder without oil.
Saute curry leaves, mustard
seeds, cinnamon, cloves, fennel seeds and cardamom.
Add the big onions, green
chilly, ginger and garlic along with this.
Add the coriander powder, Red
chilly powder and saute for about one minute.
Add the chicken pieces to this
masala and cook for some time.
Add the seasme seeds powder to
this and saute for some more time.
