| Gud Papdi is a traditional Gujarati dish which is very delicious and

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour - 300g
Desi Ghee
Jaggery - 500g
For garnishing
Some Dry fruits |

Method:
Fry wheat flour in desi ghee in a kadai.
When it browns, put jaggery into it. Mix all items.
Spread on tray and press well.
Garnish with dry fruits and cut into pieces and serve. |
