Method:
Heat the oil,add mustard and urud dal.
When
the seed starts spluttering, add
curry leaves and dry red chillies.
Add the
onions and green chilly to this and fry for some time.
Add
water and salt. When the water starts boiling add the rava
(semolina) to this stirring continuously to avoid the formation of
lumps.
Add
coconut to the Uppuma when the rava thickened and mix well.
Serve
hot with Papad or Ripe Bananas. |
