Method:
Mash
the bread pieces into very small pieces.
Grate
the carrots. Heat oil in a pan.
Splutter the mustard seeds, urad dal, dry red chilly and the curry
leaves.
Add the
chopped onions and fry for some time.
Add the
chopped carrots also to this and cook for some time.
Add
salt and the bread crumbs.
Mix
well and serve hot. |
