The St Thomas High school was established by the Marthoma Church Educational Society in June 1984 as a sister institution of ST Thomas Residential school.

The school follows the ten year S.S.L.C syllabus of the Kerala State Education Department.

The school stands on a 30 acre campus , at Mukkolakkal , a village adjoining Thiruvananthapuram city - about 1.5 kms east of Mannanthala Junction.

Away from the noise and pollution that characterizes urban life , the campus with its panoramic landscape and lush greenery , is indeed a haven to the student community.
