LBSITW, Trivandrum is the second self financing Engineering College managed by LBS Centre for Science and Technology, Trivandrum (A Govt. of Kerala undertaking). The college is affiliated to the University of Kerala.
The college functions under the self-financing scheme and selection of the students are based on their ranks in the entrance test conducted by the Controller of Entrance Examinations, Govt. of Kerala.
The admission for both the merit quota and management quota is purely based on the rank secured in the Common Entrance Examination conducted by the Entrance Commissioner, Govt. of Kerala. The students will be allotted to different branches based on their rank in the entrance examination and their preferences.
