College of Engineering Kallooppara is located at Iykkarappady, in Kallooppara Grama Panchayath, Mallappally Taluk, Pathanamthitta District, Kerala State, India, about 5 kms from Mallappally and 10 kms from Tiruvalla along the Tiruvalla-Thottabhagom-Njalikandom-Kallooppara-Mallappally route.
