C.M.S.College, Kottayam
The CMS College, Kottayam, founded by the Church Missionary Society of England, is the oldest of the institutions for higher education in South India. The campus is situated in Kottayam Town. It has easy access from any part of the State.
The campus is one of the most naturally beautiful college campuses in Kerala. The different departments are housed in separate blocks, a unique feature of the college. The Administrative Block, Department Blocks, Library, Hostels, the Chapel, the College House, Great Hall, Seminar Hall, State Bank of Travancore Branch, Canteen, Computer Centre, and spacious play grounds for cricket, Hockey, Foot Ball, Basket Ball, etc., with neatly laid out roads and lawns, constitute the CMS College Campus of about 35 acres.
