Bank of Baroda - Starting in 1908 from a small building in Baroda to its new hi-rise and hi-tech Baroda Corporate Centre in Mumbai, is a saga of vision, enterprise, financial prudence and corporate governance.

Bank of Baroda has a wide network of Indian and overseas branches. The bank has 2698 branches in India and 39 branches overseas.

Bank of Baroda was one of the early movers in Public sector Banks to have tapped the equity market in December 1996. Further the Bank has recently come out with a Follow on Public Offer of 71 million equity shares in January 2006.
